L'BRI
ORDERING PROCEDURES
There
are two ways for L'Bri Consultants
to place orders:
1.
Consultant Orders
2. Customer Orders
#1.
CONSULTANT ORDERS.
These are orders you place with
L'Bri as a Consultant less your
Consultant Discount plus shipping
and handling. L'Bri Consultant
orders ship the business day
immediately following the day the
order is placed. Examples:
If the order is placed on Monday, it
will be shipped on Tuesday. If order
is placed on Friday, it will be
shipped on the following Monday.
This does not include weekends and
holidays.
To place an order, go to your web
page, (be sure your name appears in
the upper right corner) and click on
Go Shopping. Enter your User Name
and Password. Your User Name
is your web page name less the
.lbri.com. Example: If your
web page name is www.marys.lbri.com,
your User Name is marys and your
Password is whatever you picked when
you registered to receive your L'Bri
web page. After entering your
User Name and Password, click on Log
In.
The Product Categories will be
listed on the left side of the page
and you are ready to place your
order. Click on a category and all
the products in that category will
appear. Find the item you want
and click on Add to Cart. If you
need a description of the product,
click on the Product Name for more
details.
Once you are finished shopping,
click the Continue button. The
next page will show the items you
ordered, the discount you receive
and the amount of your order. Be
sure to verify the products and
amount ordered. Once the order is
placed, it cannot be changed or
added to. See Important at
end of this section. Click on
Continue again, and it will take you
to the Payment Page.
You will see the Billing Information
section is blank. If you are
paying for the order, click Same As
Shipping. If someone else will be
paying for the order, fill in their
billing information. Under
Payment Type, click on Check,
MasterCard or Visa. LBri
processes all online checks
electronically. If paying by
check, you will need to click on I
Accept. If you do not, your
order will not be processed.
Once all information is filled in,
click on Submit and your order will
be processed.
Print out the final page for your
records. If you ordered a
Classic Lady or Pretty Woman Set,
click on E-mail Sets Selection to
choose the items in the set.
If you do not have access to the
Internet, the public library has
computers available. You can check
with your neighbors or family
members who have computers to see if
they can help you. Also, your
Sponsor or Upline Managers may be
able to help you in the short term.
You can fax or mail your order to
the home office using the Retail &
Supply Order Forms (these are the 2
part 8.5 x 14 forms). Please,
no telephone orders at this time.
TIPS
FOR CONSULTANT ORDERS:
-
Each month, L'Bri features sale
products. These products will be
discounted in their categories.
Starting on the 26th
of each month through the 1st
of the next month, you can take
advantage of the current months
sales and the items that will be
on sale for the following month.
This applies to Consultant
Orders only. This does not
include Customer Online Orders.

The Shopping Cart will total
your order, add the tax, and
shipping & handling. It will
automatically calculate your
discount on orders of $150
retail or more. Consultants
receive a 30% to 45% discount
depending on your position with
L'Bri. All orders
under $150 receive a 20%
discount.

Consultants will need to use
either a bank Checking Account,
MasterCard, Visa Credit or Debit
Card to pay for L'Bri orders.
If a Consultant does not have a
credit card or checking account,
the order can be placed on the
Consultants website, leaving
the items in the Shopping Cart.
In this instance, the Consultant
would send L'Bri a Money order
for the complete total of the
order and when L'Bri receives
the Money Order, a L'Bri
associate will submit the order
for the Consultant.

A
$15.00 charge will be applied to
checks that are returned to
L'Bri for non-sufficient funds.
Should this reoccur more than
two times, the Consultant will
lose the automatic check
privilege. A Money Order
will need to be sent to pay for
any future orders.

When ordering a Pretty Woman or
Classic Lady Set, make your
selection from the Sets
Category. To select the
items in the sets, you will need
to email the Sets Selection Form
to L'Bri. This form will appear
when you have finished shopping
and paid for the order. Look for
EMAIL YOUR SET OPTIONS on the
Order Summary Page. Click on it
to make your Selections.
- If you leave your computer for
more than 10 minutes while
placing an order, it will time
out and you will need to start
over.

Orders count for the calendar
day on which you place them, up
to 11:00 p.m. Central Standard
Time (includes weekends and
holidays). ** NOTE:
If you need an order to count
for a particular day, DO NOT
wait until the end of the day to
place it. Because of the
nature of the Internet it is
possible that there could be a
technical problem with the
connections, servers,
e-commerce, software, hardware,
email, etc. If you need an order
to count for that day or month
be sure to place it early in the
day or better yet the day
before. That way IF there
is a technical situation you can
call us, so we can help resolve
any problems.
#2.
Customer Orders.
L'Bri ships these orders directly to
the Customer for you. These orders
can be placed by you (the
Consultant) or by your Customer. We
recommend that you (the Consultant)
place your Customers orders
whenever possible. This gives you
more control of your business, as
well as giving you the opportunity
to maintain a personal relationship
with your Customer by providing the
best service.
You can increase the
likelihood of repeat orders while
sharing the benefits of L'Bri
products. Customer orders are
shipped within 12 - 48 hours of
being received at L'Bri.
Weekends and holidays do not apply.
Customer orders can only be placed
online.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Customer Invoices
will list the Customers User Name,
Password, and the Consultants Name,
Telephone Number and Web Page
Address. Be sure to tell your
Customers to KEEP THEIR INVOICES, so
that they will have this information
handy to help make re-ordering quick
and convenient.
To
Place An Order For A NEW Customer
Go to your web page and click on New
Customer. When the screen comes up,
you will need to create a User Name
and Password for your Customer.
We suggest creating a User Name
using your customers full name. For
example, if her name is Mary Smith,
you will enter marysmith.
Please do not use capital
letters, spaces or other characters.
When you are finished typing, click
on TRY NAME. If accepted, it
will say NAME AVAILABLE.
Continue to fill in the rest of the
form.
If
it says NAME NOT AVAILABLE, you will
need to type in an alternative User
Name until it says NAME AVAILABLE.
(You may try adding her middle
initial or a number after her
name).
Be sure to
enter in your customers correct
email address.
This will make re ordering
easier for your customers and they
will then receive the monthly email
specials which will increase repeat
sales for you.
Be sure to enter in a password.
Again, to make it simple,
type in the same information that
you used for her USER NAME, and then
reconfirm the password by typing in
the same information as the
password.
Type in the new Customers billing
and shipping information, even if
you, the Consultant, is paying for
the order. (You will put your
name in the billing section on the
payment page after the products are
ordered).
Once done, hit the submit button.
A screen will pop up with your new
customers User Name and Password.
(This information will appear in
your Back Room as Look Up a
Customer)
Click on Go Shopping to place their
order. You will now be on the
Customer Shopping Cart. Be
sure to order the products that are
on sale from the Sales Items
Category. If they are ordered
from the other categories, your
Customer will receive the product at
the regular price. Once the
order is placed, it cannot be
changed.
BONUS:
A NEW CUSTOMER WELCOME PACKET is
included with your Customers
initial order at no additional
charge. The packet includes:
Welcome Letter from Linda,
Product Testimonial Sheet, Product
Catalog, L'Bri vs. The Competition
Flyer, and Skincare Instruction
Booklet.
Note: If you enter someone as
a New Customer on your website
without placing an order, your
Customer will not receive a New
Customer Packet. The system only
recognizes names as a New Customer
when they are initially entered in
the system.
To
Place An Order For An Existing
Customer
Go to your Web Page. To find your
Customers User Name and Password,
click on Backroom and enter in your
User Name and Password. Your User
Name is your web page name less the
.lbri.com Example: If
your web page name was
www.marys.lbri.com your
username would be marys and your
password is whatever you picked when
you signed up to get your LBri web
page. Click on Look Up a
Customer. Your Customers name
will be listed. Once you have
your Customers User Name and
Password, click on Go Shopping from
your website home page to place her
order.
TIPS FOR CUSTOMER ORDERS:

When entering information be
sure to use the TAB key on your
keyboard to move to the next
field, NOT the Enter Key.

Print your Customer Lookup in
your Backroom for easy access to
your customers user names and
passwords.
- If
you leave your computer for more
than 10 minutes, while placing
an order, it will time out and
you will need to start over.
- If
you (the Consultant) are paying
for your Customers order, enter
your name etc. in the Billing
Section of the Shopping Cart
when checking out.
- Be
sure to choose a FREE gift if
the order is $60 or more.

Orders count for the calendar

p.m. Central Standard Time
(includes weekends and
holidays).

Nutri Aloe Orders are charged
$6.75 shipping & handling per
order (any quantity).

Commission Checks for online
Customer orders are mailed every
Thursday. The weekly pay period
runs Thursday through Wednesday.
Commissions are 20% - 35%
depending on your title
IMPORTANT:
Once an order has
been placed on website, it is
invoiced and charged before LBri
receives it.
Therefore,
no changes or additions can be made.
A separate
order with regular shipping charges
will need to be placed.
Products in the
Trios, Basic or Essentials Sets
cannot be substituted when ordering
from LBri.
However, it
would be up to the Consultant if she
wants to switch an item for the
Customer.
Be sure
that if the item being switched
costs more than the one taken out,
that the additional cost is added to
the total cost of the order.
L'Bri Consultants may not place
orders using another
Consultant's User Name and
Password or combine orders with
other L'Bri Consultants to save
on shipping. Consultants
may not have orders shipped as
customers to their neighbors or
spouse.
SIGNING UP A NEW CONSULTANT
There are two steps to signing up a
new Consultant. #1 Fill out the
Consultant Application. #2 Pick out
a web page name and order the
Showcase.
New Consultants must sign up on
their Sponsors Web Page. You
can sign them up or they can sign up
themselves.
Once the New Consultant receives
their web page, they will need to
purchase their Starter Kit. If
they are not purchasing the kit when
their website is created, please do
not sign them up until they are able
to do so.
#1.
From the sponsors web page click on
Income Opportunity, then scroll
down to the bottom of the page and
click on Consultant Application,
fill this in and click Submit.
#2.
From the sponsors web page click on
Income Opportunity, then click on
Click Here to Get Started Today.
You will need to create a New
Consultants User Name. For
example,if the new Consultants
name is Mary Smith, you may want to
choose marys (Only enter
marys Do not enter
the entire web page address). Click
on Try Name. If your first
choice is not available, continue
choosing something similar until it
becomes available. This will become
a part of the New Consultants web
page address and will also be their
User Name. (Enter letters and
numbers only! Please do not use
spaces or other characters. Use
lower case letters only, no capital
letters.
A New Consultants Web Page
Address would then look like this:
www.marys.lbri.com.
If you are signing up a new
Consultant, we suggest the password
to be the same as their web page
name (marys). This will make
it easier for them to remember their
User Name and Password. The New
Consultant can change the password
once they have their web address. Be
sure to record the new web page
address and password if need be,
these both can be changed later by
the home office.
Continue to enter in the New
Consultants name, address, e-mail,
etc. Once finished filling in the
information, click Submit.
Your New Consultants web page will
be created.
From the Welcome to L'Bri page click
on Go Shopping, click on the
category Supply Showcases and
order the Showcase.
Supply Showcases Category. If you
choose, you can also order
additional retail products (with the
20% - 30% Consultant discount,
retail orders of $150 or more
receive 30% off) and Supply Items.
When finished placing the order,
click Continue and review your
order. Continue to Payment
Page and fill in payment
information.
IMPORTANT:
The New Consultants Name must be in
BOTH the Billing and Shipping
Fields. The sponsor cannot pay
for a New Consultants Starter Kit.

A Consultant cannot place a
retail order until a kit is
purchased.
-
Family members who are in the
same household cannot become
L'Bri Consultants. For example,
a father and daughter with the
same address cannot both be
Consultants.

Orders cannot be submitted and
sent to the Consultants address
using their spouse as a
Customer.
SUGGESTIONS IF
YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS ORDERING,
SIGNING UP NEW
CUSTOMERS, OR ACCESSING YOUR
BACKROOM
The best thing would be to take your
computer in to a professional
technician to have them look at it.
These suggestions are pretty much
routine maintenance and usually
require fairly simple changes.
Plus, you can always backtrack to
put any changes below back to where
they were.

Do not use any Auto Fill in for
username or passwords
-
Do not use the Back Button to go
back and add another order, New
Customer or New Consultant
-
Do not walk away from your
computer during an order entry,
New Customer or New Consultant.
Your computer will time out.
-
Getting errors are usually due
to your security settings,
browser, firewall or virus
protection. These
suggestions have worked for
some, BUT not everyone.
Here are some things to try: Are you
using Microsoft Internet Explorer as
your browser? If not, here you
can get a free version:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1E1550CB-5E5D-48F5-B02B-20B602228DE6&displaylang=en.
Using Internet Explorer, go to any
web page, click Tools then
Internet Options. In the
middle of this page, click Delete
Cookies OK, Delete Files OK.
At the top of the box click
Security, then under Security
level for this zone, move the slider
bar down to the lowest level (you
can change it back later).
Then at the top of the box, next to
Security, click Privacy, move
the slider bar to the lowest level.
You also want to be sure you have
the latest version of Microsoft
Internet Explorer. Go here to update
-
http://update.microsoft.com
and then re boot your computer.
If
none of the above help and you're
still getting errors try:
Disabling virus protection when
working at your L'Bri page. In the
lower right corner, move your mouse
slowly over each of the Icons.
One of them should say Internet
Security or virus protection or
something similar. Right click on
that Icon and click Disable (right
click to enable later).
Do some system maintenance.
Click the Start button, All
Programs, Accessories, System Tools.
Then depending on your system run,
Disk clean up, Disk defragmenter,
Scandisk.
Re boot your computer.
