All returns require prior authorization. Please contact your L’BRI Independent Consultant or the L’BRI corporate office at 800-742-8828 or firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any products. Products sent to the L’BRI corporate office without a return authorization order number on the outside of the package will not be accepted for delivery and will be returned to the sender.
- Skin, hair, and body care, health and wellness products are eligible for exchange, return for L’BRI credit or original payment refund within 45 days of the original date of invoice.
- Cosmetic, household and fragrance products are eligible for exchange, return for L’BRI credit or original payment refund within 14 days of the original date of invoice.
- Hostess Bonus products: Not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed following the receipt of your products to the L’BRI corporate office.
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment only.
- Only products eligible for refund may be returned to L’BRI corporate office.
- The return authorization order number must be written on the outside of the return package.
- Products on the original invoice are eligible for exchange one time per order only.
- Eligible exchanges are subject to a $4.00 fee to be paid prior to shipping of requested exchange.
- Products must be returned to L’BRI before replacement product(s) are shipped.
- Additional charges due to price or product adjustment must be paid prior to shipping exchange.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
Inspect all shipments upon receipt and report any order issues immediately to L’BRI customer service at 800-742-8828 or email@example.com. Replacements will be made for damaged or missing products within 14 days of the original date of invoice only.
- Replacement products(s) will be sent immediately along with a pre-paid, pre-addressed mailer for return of the damaged, defective or incorrect product(s). Place product in the mailer and return to L’BRI.
