Love the product. Do not care for the new bottle. I like the clear one to see remaining product. Also seems the new bottle is smaller even though they both say 6 oz. Probably the same but pic shows how much it filled it up when I transferred. Bring back old bottle for 5 stars!
I have been using this product exclusively for 22 years. I received a new bottle recently and this time the product had a strange smell. I reached out to lbri and the answer i got was that the products scent may vary with time or conditions under which the ingedients were harvested.i have never experienced this with any other shipment over the years. No offer to exchange or return. Disappointed in the product and customer service.

I've tried other face washes and I always end up with dry itchy skin and pimples. This leaves my face clean and fresh and happy.

I’ve been ordering this for at least 15 years. Why did you have to change the bottles? Prefer the original packaging!

First time buying this cleanser but I really like it. I got it to use as a deep cleanse a couple times a week. It makes your skin feel really clean but doesn’t dry it out and I love that.

I don't like the new scent. Mine arrived late (no biggie), but then I noticed the smell is different. It smells sharp, almost rancid....
Anyway, liked the old scent so much better!
I love this cleanser. it makes my skin feel clean, not dried out. Very gentle and removes eye makeup well, too.
The product itself is great as always, but I hate the new bottle. I liked the original where you could see the color of the contents and know what you were using without having to put on my glasses.
Doesn’t do a good job cleaning. After cleansing i am still removing reside with freshener.
