If you know the Consultant you want to shop with, you can use the “Find Consultant” option on the cart summary. You can enter the Consultant’s name or ID number to create your account and shop under that Consultant. If you don’t know a Consultant, please email support@lbri.com or call us at 800-742-8828, and we will help get you in touch with a Consultant.
Since L’BRI Products are not sold in stores, you can purchase online or by calling our Customer Service team. We can connect you to a Consultant in your area, who will be a great resource if you have any questions on our products.
After you place your order, you will see an option to “Cancel” your order on the order confirmation page. Using this option will allow you to cancel the order and process a refund to your original payment method so you can place a new order with the updated changes.
The “cancel” option is only available on the order confirmation page and will only be available for 10 minutes after your order is placed. Once you exit the order confirmation page, this option will no longer be available.
If shipping has not processed the order yet, you can also contact our Customer Care team to cancel and refund the order so a new order can be placed. Please note that Customer Care cannot edit the order, including adding or removing items, updating quantities, changing shipping details or payment, or attaching the order to a Party.

When your package ships, you will receive a tracking email to the email address that we have on file.
At checkout, under the shipping options, you can select the Expediting L’BRI Processing option to have the order ship the same day for an additional $10. Expedited Processing is only available for same-day shipping for orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on Monday-Friday.
Once logged in, click on “My account,” and you will then see the options to edit your personal info and address.
Any L’BRI Credit received from hosting a Party will be available on the final checkout page under the L’BRI Credits section. Click on the “Use Credits” box to see all available L’BRI Credits, type in the amount of credit you want to use, and then click “Continue”.
Any L’BRI Credit applied to the order will reduce the subtotal. An order must have a subtotal of at least $75 (after L’BRI Credit is applied) to receive free S&H.
L'BRI credits are valid for a period of one year (365 days) from the date they are awarded and must be used prior to the expiration date.
All products are gluten-free except the Rejuvenating Facial Peel and Fade Away Scar and Stretch Mark Cream.
