Sampling Made Easy

To send samples through Sampling Made Easy (SME), you will need to create a customer account. This will help you track shipping information and set a follow-up date once the Samples have been received.


Step 1: Click ADD NEW CUSTOMER.


Step 2: Complete all required fields on the New Customer Account page. When done, click Create Account.


Step 3: Once you receive the Customer Account Created message, click Customer Management, locate the customer you want to order for and select Order from the SME column.
