Customer Orders

Orders $75 and over qualify for FREE SHIPPING* within the contiguous United States. Orders under $75, including FREE Sample Sets, have an $8 shipping & handling fee. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico pay $10 for orders under $100 and receive FREE SHIPPING on orders $100 or more. Host Rewards orders follow the same thresholds.

* Any L’BRI Credit applied to the order will reduce the subtotal. An order must have a subtotal of at least $75 after L’BRI Credit is applied to receive free S&H.

L’BRI ships within the United States and Puerto Rico only; we do not ship to other U.S. territories, Canada, or Mexico.

Host Rewards Orders are eligible for FREE SHIPPING if the total of all half-price products and retail products purchased at full price reach $75 or more. Host Rewards orders under $75 are charged $8 Shipping & Handling.


Order Assistance

After you place your order, you will see an option to “Cancel” your order on the order confirmation page. Using this option will allow you to cancel the order and process a refund to your original payment method so you can place a new order with the updated changes.

The “Cancel” option is only available on the order confirmation page and will only be available for 10 minutes after your order is placed. Once you exit the order confirmation page, this option will no longer be available.

If shipping has not processed the order yet, you can also contact our Customer Care team to cancel and refund the order so a new order can be placed.

Please note that Customer Care cannot edit the order, including adding or removing items, updating quantities, changing shipping details or payment, or attaching the order to a Party.
